Returns Policy Summary
- Online orders: 14-day cooling-off period from the day after delivery
- In-store: 14-day goodwill refund on unused items with receipt
- Items must be unused, undamaged, with all original tags and packaging
- Faulty items: Full refund within 30 days; repair or replacement up to 6 months
- Return postage cost is deducted from your refund (unless the item is faulty)
